Summer Recreation Registration is now OPEN!

FEES: $30 per player.

Summer recreation will run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings beginning July 12th and running for 6 weeks through August 18th. (Weather permitting)

SCHEDULE:
5:30-6:30 – 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade (Instructional)
6:30-7:30 – 5th and 6th grade
7:30-8:30 – 7th and 8th grade

All sessions are coed. 2nd-4th grade begins with stations and then split by grade to scrimmage at the end. 5th grade and up is scrimmages. We do begin with some basic warm-up drills. 5th and 6th grade the courts are split by gender, numbers permitting.

UNIFORMS: Reversible Sutton green and white practice jerseys are required and are available for $10 each.
LOCATION: Sutton outdoor basketball courts outside of Sutton Middle / High School

We are planning for the Summer Rec Season. More Information and Registration Link to Follow!
We will need parent volunteers to be at each session.

Session begins July 12, 2022 and ends August 18, 200.
Rec is every Tuesday and Thursday night weather dependent

Tryouts have concluded and teams have been formed.

Deadline to order uniforms is October 27th. We use Think Local Printing in Uxbridge, MA so you can go into the store to size. Please check their website for store hours. Please make sure we are aware of the number you are ordering so there are no duplicates. Uniforms may be ordered at: https://suttonbasketball2021.itemorder.com/sale

We will provide practice information as soon as we can.

Games begin Sunday, December 5th.

Dates and times of tryouts are listed below and are on our Facebook Page @SuttonYouthBasketball.

You MUST register and pay to attend tryouts. Anyone who does not make a team will be refunded the fee.

We must provide to the league how many teams we may field. Registering allows us to gauge interest to determine this.

Cost is $150 per player which includes gym rental fees for practices and games, league fees, insurance and official fees.

All players must bring a basketball, water bottle and appropriate sneakers. Returning players please wear your numbered uniforms jerseys to tryouts. New players, please try to wear a shirt or jersey with a number.

All players must attend one tryout.

Uniforms and other team gear will be available to purchase after tryouts conclude.

For tryouts in the middle school gym, parents will not be permitted to stay and watch due to the small space. For the high school gym, due to the older ages, we prefer parents to not remain the gym.

Everyone (to include players) must wear a mask at all times inside the school.

WINTER TRAVEL TEAM TRYOUTS TO BE ANNOUNCED SOON!

Tryout Dates will be October 12, 13, 14, 19 & 20.

Each grade will tryout at a separate time. More information to follow.

We hope to sponsor teams for the following age groups.

Girls Grades 4,5 and 6. 7th grade dependent on if invited to JV tryouts. 8th grade girls will be invited to JV tryouts.
Boys Grades 3/4, 5, 6, 7 & 8.
